With Chef Juan Quintero at the helm, Il Poggio Rosso has been awarded a Michelin star and an equally coveted Green Michelin Star.  Enjoy a traditional lunch at Osteria del Grigio, seated on a terrace beneath wine vines.  Envisage excellent homemade pastas with local ingredients or a traditional Bistecca alla Fiorentina, a natural pairing with our Brunello di Montalcino.  Chef Juan champions ethical sourcing and our restaurants serve zero-metre produce from the ever bountiful Orto Felice fruit and vegetable gardens.
